Refund policy

Time Limit

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. If your item is defective for any reason, please contact us before returning.

Exceptions for Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted. These include:

  • Items that have been opened/used and no longer saleable.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
  • For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
